Q2. How can I sell my stuff on your site?
Start with a heat check. If you decide to sell it, ship it. That is all there is to it. (details).
Q3. Is everything you sell authentic? How can you be sure if something is real?
Yes. The easiest way to tell is to compare it with the real thing. We also have detailed photos of almost every item that we have every processed. But the bottom-line is if we aren't 100% certain, we simply will not sell it. That is how we can offer our "Real Or Double Guarantee".
Q4. What is your return policy?
No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions. All sales are final. However, we will gladly consign any of your past purchases with us! Please be sure to ask all questions before you decide to purchase.
Q5. Can you ship a gift?
Yes. We ship all international orders as "gift" unless otherwise requested. However, we are not responsible for any import duties imposed by your local authorities.
Q6. Can I get more photos?
Yes and no. We do our best, but we may decline as most of our items are well photographed, and in storage. If you have specific questions, we can try and answer them.
Q7. Can I have the measurements?
Unique items can have unique sizing. We will respond to any sizing inquiries as soon as possible. The official US Bape site also has a great Bape sizing chart. Most similar styles will have similar sizing, but if this is your first time purchasing a specific brand, we recommend that you obtain the measurements, since we have a strict no return policy.
Q8. Do you accept offers or trades?
Yes! We have added a "best offer" feature to the item description page that will allow you to submit offers for items accepting them. For trades, you can trade-in your items for store credit through the 3peat Heat Club.
